Responsibilities;
You will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of OD strategies and plans to develop organisational culture and capability.
You will lead, plan, and promote Organisational Excellence initiatives and efforts in line with the guidelines of the Singapore Business Excellence framework. You will develop strategic partnerships and relations with key internal stakeholders in order to support OD efforts to align organisational interest to achieve the desired organisational outcomes and synergised OD solutions across the agency. You will design and deliver employee communication strategies and programs for engagement. You will be required to provide guidance and support the formulation of change management plans. In addition, you will be involved in the corporate planning process and implement the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
Requirements;
- Good Degree in Management, Human Resource Development or Organisation Development with at least 4 years' relevant working experience relating to organisation development, human resource development or change management; Proven track record in leading organisation-wide change efforts.
- Able to manage and guide team members in order to achieve results
- Able to engage all levels of staff
- Proficient in OD concepts and able to conceptualise and organise events in support of the organisational excellence journey
- Excellent facilitation, written and verbal and presentation skills
-Familiar with concepts of Enterprise Risk Management
- Able to think and operate independently
