Responsibilities

Requirements
You should have a Degree with 3 to 8 years' experience in managing projects, and preferably at least 3 years in managerial appointments. You should preferably have experience in large-scale organisational change effort and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies, as well as be able to work effectively with all levels in an organisation. Responsibilities;

- Market and promote the Infocomm Singapore brand and enhance the reputation of the Singapore ICT industry and companies. This includes participating in key ICT events, conferences or exhibitions with iLEs, and implementing in-country publicity campaign.

- Facilitate access and increase exports for Singapore based companies into the target markets. Responsibilities

You will be part of a team working with industry stakeholders to develop and implement manpower development strategies for the Early Childhood Care & Education and Student Care sectors.

You will be responsible for promoting and managing the implementation of WDA's Early Childhood Care & Education and Student Care Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) competency frameworks, which are part of the national Continuing Education and Training (CET) system. Other than industry engagements, your key responsibilities will include taking on industry analysis to identify issues and challenges, identifying industry and company needs to design customised intervention strategies and programmes, implementing outreach strategies to ensure programme success and facilitating stakeholders in the implementation process.
